TELEPHONE RESPONDERS:

The first point of contact for the media in a major emergency or crisis is very often the telephone responders team. This course is based on a mix of media awareness and practical exercise using telephone based interviews and a fast moving scenario.
Participants are encouraged to play the role of caller in addition to responder giving a real insight into the role of the journalist.

REFRESHER COURSES:

Media training refresher courses can be run in half day blocks for up to four participants on each session and include different interview styles. We include a "down the line" interview and live radio session to the day giving you the chance to experience the real pressure of a major incident.

For HR and anyone who may have to deal with concerned relatives and friends during an emergency or major incident, this one day course is run by a trauma counsellor with experience in dealing with serious injuries and fatalities.
An unfolding scenario and telephone calls form the practical part of the day and this course can involve up to ten participants.

So you think you can cut it in a real TV studio? This one day course will give you the opportunity to prove just that. Aimed at CEO, Chairman and MD level this is the ultimate media news interview experience.
Held at the Millbank Studios in London, the base for ITV, Sky CNN and most of the major news outlets in the UK. A maximum of two participants on any one day as this is a live working studio
